• We do not have big expensive office space and therefore can pass on our savings on overhead to you…our customer.

• Our computer technicians are working 7 days a week.

• Our Geeks are Microsoft certified professionals. We have a rigid screening process, so that the Geek we send out to you is not only technically proficient, but can also communicate what the problem is, in easy to understand terms, and what possible solution(s) are available to rectify your computer challenge.

• All of our computer technicians have 5-25 years experience in a corporate environment. This means that our technicians have the experience to quickly isolate the problem and be able to offer a solution.

• We come to you. You do not have to unplug your computer, unplug all the cables and lug it down to the nearest computer store.

• We provide the service when and where it is convenient for you.

• We have a great referral program. Refer a friend to Geeks On The Way and we will give you a credit towards a half hour of troubleshooting service. There is no limit to the amount of credit you can generate. We will keep track of the credits for you and there is no expiration of the credits with our service. (** Note: your friend must engage our services.)
